Smoked Salmon (or Tuna) Dip Recipe

An easy & delicious dip—try it on veggies, crackers & bagels 

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) can Fisherman’s Market Smoked Chinook Salmon OR Smoked Albacore Tuna
  • ½ Cup Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ¾ Cup Cheddar Cheese, Finely Grated
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Parsley Flake

    Let's Make It!

    Step 1

    Empty the can of smoked salmon (or tuna) into a bowl, be sure to pour the entire contents of the can—the fish oil in the can is full of flavor and will enhance the recipe.

    Using a fork, flake the fish into small pieces. Set aside.

    Step 2
    In a separate bowl, heat the cream cheese at low heat in the microwave until it’s soft and easy to blend.

    Step 3
    Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise until the mix is an even consistency. Blend in the lemon juice, garlic powder, shredded cheddar and parsley.

    Step 4
    Using a spatula, blend the smoked fish and fish oil into the cream cheese mixture until it’s an even color and consistency. Refrigerate and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
