Please check your address carefully. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. Fisherman’s Kitchen is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us.
We ship all perishable orders via UPS. UPS does not insure perishables. Fisherman’s Kitchen cannot refund or replace perishable seafood delayed by UPS.

Perishable orders are shipped Next Day Air. Items are packed in insulated styrofoam and are designed to stay frozen for 24–48 hours during transit.

Shipping is only available within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
Shipping Method
Gift Cards, Canned Seafood, and bottled Sauces & Marinades are shipped via Ground Service. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on destination. Holiday Season: Due to increased mail volume, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Non-perishable orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday. Processing and shipping timelines may vary based on product availability.

All perishable products shipped from Fisherman's Kitchen are shipped frozen. Items are packed in insulated styrofoam and are designed to stay frozen for 24–48 hours during transit. Unless you plan on eating the seafood meals within two days, please freeze meals immediately upon receipt. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the costumer. Other defects must be reported within 15 days from receipt of order.
