Located in Eugene, Oregon, The Fisherman’s Market sells some of the freshest seafood available. With long ties to the industry—both owners are commercial fishermen—we ensure that our customers are getting a choice product. The salmon is amazing in itself, and the cedar plank gives it that something extra with a smoky flavor and moist texture. You’ve never had salmon like this before. Our Crawfish Pie, a fan favorite, was derived from a family recipe by one of our cooks who grew up in New Orleans. He was inspired by the live Crawfish we usually sell in the summer, which are wild-caught in the high desert lakes of Central Oregon. The Crawfish Pie is the definition of comfort food. And our canned fish won't disappoint—wild caught of the Oregon Coast, it is available smoked in-house by the Fisherman's Market or fresh-packed.
