October Seafood of the Month

This month's featured entrée is our Salmon Shepherd's Pie—a healthy twist on a popular comfort food, made with Oregon Chinook salmon burger, russet potatoes, peas and carrots and Tillamook cheddar cheese. 

In addition to one, large Salmon Shepherd's Pie (3 lbs), the October box includes:

  • 1 small Cajun Crawfish Pie (individual size; 1lb): Featured on Food Network's, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! Crawfish, red and green bell peppers, tangy onions, tender potatoes with zesty spices.
  • House-Smoked Salmon Dip (1/2 pint): A creamy and indulgent dip. This dip is awesome in our Smoked Salmon Jalapeño Poppers Recipe!
  • Fancy Albacore Tuna (1, 7.5 oz can): Albacore Tuna, wild-caught from the cold, clear waters of the Pacific Northwest coast; house-smoked. Try it in our Albacore Tuna Melt Recipe
  • 1 Bottle of Fisherman's Kitchen Tijuana Terror Sauce (11.5 oz): A sweet and tangy medley of jalapeños and lime. Try it in our Spicy Guacamole Recipe
  • 1 Bottle of Alder Smoked Salt: cold-smoked in-house! Pairs perfectly with salmon and creamier, richer seafoods—try it in our Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
      PLEASE NOTE:
        • Place your order by Tuesday, October 15 to receive the current month’s offerings. Your Seafood of the Month box will Tuesday, ship October 29 for delivery on Thursday or Friday of the same week
        • Local pick-up option—orders will be available for pick-up by Saturday, October 19; please call or email eugenefishermansmarket@gmail.com to schedule your pick-up

        Because we take great care to ensure that your seafood products arrive fresh and in the best condition possible, we only offer next day and 2-day shipping.

        Products are packaged in styrofoam and should stay frozen for 48 hours.
