August Seafood of the Month

This month's featured Seafood of the Month entrée is our savory Lobster Mac n' Cheese. This fantastic one-dish meal is so rich, creamy and cheesy, all you'll need is a simple green salad to serve alongside. Made with our house-smoked cheese.

In addition to 1 large Lobster Mac n' Cheese, August's seafood box includes:

  • Super Salmon Burgers
    Rich salmon burgers that sizzle with flavor! These burgers are full of healthy fats and protein. Grill up and serve along side your favorite veggies for a quick and easy dinner! 1 pound / 4 patties
  • Dungeness Crab Cakes 
    An Easy to Prepare, Savory Side Dish or Appetizer! Sweet crab meat, peppers and savory seasonings make up the warm and creamy interior of this delicious seafood staple. Try 'em with a dollop of our Traditional Tartar Sauce—also included in this month's box4 crab cakes
  • Smoked Albacore Tuna
    A healthy, anytime snack! 1/2 pound of wild-caught salmon, smoked in-house!
  • Canned, Smoked Columbia River Sturgeon
    A Tasty Treat! Hand picked for canning and slowly smoked, in-house, over alder. 6-ounce can
  • Traditional Tartar Sauce
    A Market favorite—a perfect blend of dill, pickles and capers-try it on seafood, burgers and even fries! 11.8 ounce bottle

    • Place your order by Wednesday, August 15 to receive the current month’s offerings. Your Seafood of the Month box will ship Tuesday, August 28 for delivery on Thursday or Friday of the same week

    Shipping:

    Because we take great care to ensure that your seafood products arrive fresh and in the best condition possible, we only offer next day and 2-day shipping.

    Products are packaged in styrofoam and should stay frozen for 48 hours.
